Green Title Subdivision

Green Title or Freehold lots are the traditional lot type in Western Australia. Green Title lots are completely independent from one another and therefore cannot have common property or have services run through one lot into another. Larger subdivisions in newly established areas are nearly always Green Title. Smaller infill subdivisions in older established areas are rarely Green Title due to planning and servicing restrictions.
