Survey Strata Subdivision

A Survey Strata Plan is formed when a Green Title block is subdivided into Survey Strata Lots. A Survey Strata can be undertaken prior to, during or after construction. A Survey Strata Plan may or may not include common property. In the older established areas, Survey Strata Subdivision is the preferred option for owners and developers looking to maximise the development potential of their block.
