Strata Subdivision
A Strata Plan is sometimes known as a ‘Built Strata’. It is a formed when a ‘Green Title’ lot is subdivided into Strata Lots. The Strata lots revolve around buildings and common areas such as visitor parking bays, services/bin collection areas and yard areas. Each unit holder has a share in the common property according to their Unit Entitlement. Unlike Survey Strata Plans, Strata plans are formed after construction of the buildings, not before or during construction.
